NEW HOMES+BIG BUILDERS+INCENTIVES= STANSBURY PARK
Four of Utah's top Home Builders have discovered Stansbury Park. We have some serious New Construction going on out here. New Single Family Homes, Condos, & Town-Homes are popping up all over. I see something for everyone, Town-homes from the $140s for first time buyers or empty nesters, or a wide range of single family houses from the low $200s. This is for NEW HOME CONSTRUCTION, and we haven't even talked about incentives yet.
Make a note of these Stansbury Neighborhoods, Shadybrook Lane, Country Crossing, Starside II, Picket Lane, Benson Mill Crossing, and Stansbury Place. Each one has a major builder involved and I think they are ready to deal. I'm going to get out amongst them this week and will report back with what I find. I see a lot of Inventory in the ground, that's good for US.
In the meantime, drive through the neighborhoods, see what you think, and then start thinking New Home, maybe free landscaping, window coverings, or maybe fencing.
