It finally happened, we earned our money, and we're as proud as we can be. And we did it " the old fashioned way, we earned it". And we did it @ Anderson Ranches in Grantsville. I'm really just kidding about the "finally" part, but it's true that during the last few years it was sometimes tough to convince buyers that being represented by an agent was a wise & necessary thing to do. But not last week !!!!! Not in Grantsville. Not @ Anderson Ranches.
How about this? We negotiated a New Home purchase for our client that saved $67,000. Yes that's SIXTY SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS, from the asking price. It was a magnificent home, on a very large lot, in a GREAT neighborhood. Listed price was $ 417,000 and we advised our buyer to offer a nice even $ 350,000. The home is a spec, it's built so there is no chance of cutting quality on finish work, or appliances. Actually the Home Builder must have had his needs met as well as he was quick to sign the offer. (in spite of that, I have not mentioned the builders name for obvious reasons)
I apologise if this seems like were tooting our own horn, but I guess we are, and it feels good. Were in a service business and sometimes it's difficult to brag about helping someone select the right neighborhood or use the best lender for the type of financing needed. But we can measure $ 67,000. So can our client.
Obviously, we don't guarantee to do this every time, but we do promise exceptional service all the time. We know the area, and no one knows where to go for the best values better than we do. As the market has softened a great many home buying opportunities have become are available. We would like to show them to you.
