Stansbury Park, Golfing, Boating, and Stargazing?

I came across a blog yesterday on Active Rain called know your territoryIt's about Agents from out of the area listing houses or helping someone buy a home, and why it's not a good Idea.

It reminded me of my past rantings about Stansbury Park, and the number of out of area listing agents and why I dont think thats a good Idea.

I can understand why the agent wants to do it, I just cant understand why any one would think it made sense to let them do something they are not qualified to do.

No matter what I say though, it still happens.  Sooo, in the spirit of co-operation, and to show that I am a team player, I have a short list of things I have found that your agent should know (some haven't) that will save us all and your buyers some disappointments.  You probably wont believe them.

Stansbury Park: Things your agent should know, and some haven't.

!. Owning a home in Stansbury Park does not entitle you to just walk in and use the observatory any time you want to.

          2. The boat docks along the lake are not common area.  They belong to the home-owner.  You cannot just walk out and launch your boat wherever you want to.

          3. Water Skiing is NOT  allowed on Stansbury Lake.

         4. Home ownership does NOT include a lifetime membership to the Stansbury Golf Coarse.

These are hard to believe aren't they?  Believe me, if you need a Realtor, you need a local Realtor.  If you dont have one, give us a call @ 435-840-5029, or check us out at about us.
