Real Estate Continuing Ed. Coarse for Home-Owners
The Utah Division of Occupational and Professional Licensing is offering a free training coarse on Utah lien law and the State Construction Registry.
It will happen this Fall and an invitation was sent to all Utah Real Estate Agents, to help us improve the advise and service we can provide our clients. Plus.......,we get 3 hours of Continuing Ed. credits.
I'm sure I'll go. The way the market has been, many of you are opting to remodel your home instead of selling and getting another house. Not a day goes by that someone is not asking about how to select the right sub- contractor, and what kind of protection from shoddy work and is available.
