New Home Deals In Stansbury This Week End?
Did you see all the New Home activity in Stansbury Park last weekend? I hope not, or you may have started without us.
I hope Saturdays rain kept you indoors.
As I've told you before, now is the time to look for a new home. Home builders are in the mood to deal.

At Fieldstone : Grand opening @ Stansbury Place. They were giving away football tickets and offering Grand Opening Specials of FREE front yard landscaping w/ front yard sprinklers. Plus FREE Central Air. That's just for starters.
At Richmond America: The Saturday Richmond ad displayed the following, "Receive up to $35,000 in options and upgrades" and $3,500 towards closing costs. And thats without asking for anything.
At Ivory Homes: No special deals were advertised, but prices, IE: single family homes from the $180s, Town-homes from the $150s with the traditional Ivory quality and attention to neighborhood integrity makes it worth the drive.
