A New Perspective on "New Homes" In Tooele County
I bet your about fed up with my perspective on Real Estate and New Homes in Tooele County. Who could blame you? With me it's all about how many homes are for sale in Tooele, Stansbury Park, and Grantsville, and how long it will take to sell them.
Worse than that, if I tell the truth as I see it I am deluged with calls from people in the industry that are not just fed up, but sick of my doom and gloom attitude. They tell me I should be upbeat, that I'm bad for business.
On the other hand, if I spin the current Home selling stats for the Tooele Valley and suggest that because many Home Sellers are caught with impossible interest rate adjustments, and see a declining pool of interested, qualified Home Buyers that now is the TIME TO BUY YOUR NEW HOME, I'm accused of being a Pollyanna.
I can't win. But you can, but you need the correct information to do that.
