Ivory Homes @ Stansbury Park, a better ad.
Over in the Salt Lake office, Corie got way excited about the Ivory Home ad in the Saturday "at Home In Utah". Part of the Salt Lake Tribune. Corie said " it was the best Real Estate New Home ad she'd ever seen".
I thought it was good, but there was one in the same paper, about the same company (Ivory Homes) that I thought was even better. Any way you look at it, someone should give their ad agency a raise.
The ad I like better was about Benson Mill Crossing, in Stansbury Park. The ad was good because it talked about some unbelievable prices, not seen in Salt Lake County, with loans that other people are saying are not available any more. Anyone driving over 20 minutes to work in the morning needs to read what it says. Check this out. Of course they have their disclaimers, but basically the offer was.

"Ivory cares about you and will do everything possible to help you get your new home."
The bottom line is, this is a much better ad than Cories, because no one can match the Price, the Terms, the Neighborhood, or the Community of Stansbury Park.
