Tooele home sellers, I got the Information you need. After seven days in Las Vegas @ the National Association of Realtors Convention I better have more than just Real Estate Information when I get back.
It's been a great, but tiring week, full of long hours of classes learning the latest techniques on subjects as varied as listing houses, hy-brid mortgages, short sales, increasing our web presence and syndicating listings.(now with one click we have your home in all the major search engines, in front of many thousands of people looking for a new home). We wore off many miles of shoe leather, trooping the thousands of square feet of exhibits featuring the latest tools to help us sell homes better, faster, and for more money. It's been worth it.
We've learned a lot, and am glad we took the time and made the effort to "sharpen the saw" so to speak.(7 habits). We can't wait to get back to Tooele and share what we've learned.
To the family in Grantsville, with the question concerning water rights, we have verified that we were correct in our assessment of the situation and think we learned how to solve it from an old timer from Nebraska. The lady with the home in Stansbury Park with the encroachment problem, sleep easier I think we found a solution.
It wasn't all work though. In Las Vegas it rarely is. Plenty of great food and fine entertainment (Bill Cosby was terrific). We didn't gamble, but maybe we should have. Berna won a digital camera, and a new I-Pod. Guess I should have turned her loose at the tables.
One more meeting, then we can play. We'll head out in the morning, be back in Tooele by early afternoon. Dont call us until Monday though, we need to rest from our vacation.
