You're right, a golf course home or a lake house in Stansbury Park, appeals to a totally different market than a 1 to 5 acre Grantsville Ranchette. One is horse property, the other might appeal to home buyers looking for a retirement house.
I heard about it mostly from homeowners in Stansbury Park. I dont know if they were interested, because they were buying a home and wanted to see what houses were selling for or wanted help pricing their home for sale.
