Real Tooele Agents Sell Tooele Homes !!!
Real Tooele Real Estate Agents, (that means agents that live and work in Tooele County) sell Tooele Homes better than Realtors from out of the area.
There....... I said it again.
Last week I suggested that local home sellers would be better off to list their home with a local agent instead of one from "across the tracks" (Salt Lake)
I received a ton of calls from home sellers and Real Estate Agents, that represent home buyers. They all took exception to my blog. It seems that I was misunderstood. I wasn't implying that agents In Tooele or Grantsville or Stansbury Park, were better at selling homes that agents from SLC. What I was saying was that local agents, for obvious reasons are better able to manage the sale of homes in an area that they are familiar with, that they could service quickly, and would visit frequently.
I thought it just made sense. Think about this.
Between 70 and 80% of all home buyers start their home search on the Internet.
Home buyers tell us that... what they want most during the "search for homes" phase are listings that show price and location, next, the number one requirement of people looking to buy a home is ..... Pictures, Lots of Pictures. Interior Pictures, Exterior Pictures, Neighborhood Pictures.

Since the beginning if the year there have been 175 homes listed in Tooele County. Eighty two in Tooele, Thirty two in Stansbury Park, and 26 in Grantsville Ut. The rest were spread all around Tooele County.
Almost 20% of those Tooele homes for sale were put on the MLS with NO PICTURES !!! Seventy Seven % of those homes listings with no pictures, were listed by OUT OF AREA AGENTS.
I'm sure these agents have pictures in ALL of their Salt Lake listings, and when the snow melts will replace that winter photo with a crisp, green, spring snapshot. They are good Real Estate Agents, they are just not local agents.
