Real Estate in Grantsville Ut, Short Sale Homes Report

Real Estate in Grantsville Ut, is unique in the State and the country in that homes for sale are not heavily weighted towards short sales and Bank Owned Homes. That doesn't mean however that opportunities to take advantage of a soft Real Estate market don't exist out here. They do !!! It's just that a buyer, whether it's a Real Estate investor, a relocation family that needs to buy a house to live in, or just someone that has decided to leave the big city for horse property in Grantsville needs to take their time about deciding but be ready to act when they do.

Only about 5% of the homes in Grantsville fall into tha category we are dealing with in this report. IE: Short Sale, REO, Bank Owned, HUD HOME, or Foreclosure. Thats not a bad number, when you consider that in some areas of Utah short sales make up 10 to 15% of the homes for sale. There is no evidence that that will change, as only 2 houses were listed as short sales in the last 30 days. ...Not a downward trend.!!

There are some though, and we will see more as the sub prime mortgage market continues to take it's toll.

My advise?... Decide what you want and then get a good Realtor to start looking for you. Tell them to go to our website every day to see if something new is listed on our HUD site. They can even sign you up to get new home listings delivered early every morning so you can see them before even the Realtors do. You'll get pictures, prices, locations, and a lot of other stuff you'd like to know.

If you don't have a Realtor, but you would like to know more about Real Estate, or short sales give us a call at 435-840-5029.

If you have an agent tell them you learned about foreclosures and Real Estate @ the Grantsville Homes for sale Short Sale Report.. I'll thank you for it.
