With more than a years worth of product available for sale in Grantsville, we are looking at a buyers market that over the next few months could yield some great investment opportunities. Grantsville Ut, has maintained a rural atmosphere and is one of the few areas where large parcel ranchettes and smaller lot subdivisions exist side by side. Lifestyle and quality of life are watchwords in Grantsville.
Home buyers that look to some of the newer Grantsvile projects for the family home, need to understand that total completion may be years off.
