Thoughts about Listing Your Tooele Home?

Having thoughts about listing your Tooele UT home? Think now is the time?

I have posted a number of "selling your house" articles this week because we have fielded a lot of questions from Tooele homeowners that are thinking of listing their houses. They either have questions asking about how to sell it themselves or what kinds of things to look for when hiring a Real Estate agent to help. ( see what i do to sell your home). Obviously i think that it almost always makes sense to have a professional in your corner looking after your interests. ( either when buying or selling)

The second thing i think is that that professional should be me. I've done this a long long time, and helped hundreds buy or sell their Tooele home. (see about me)

Thirdley, (is that really a word?) if you are not going to let me help you list your home, but want an agent in your corner, USE SOMEONE LOCAL. Use someone that knows the territory, and knows how to get top dollar in the shortest amount of time.

Obviously i think that getting a house sold is an important event. I should, that's my job. I also think that an agent with experience and a fiduciary responsibility to the seller is a prudent way to get your home sold.

I'm not the only one. Here are some articles i would like to share written by other Real Estate agents about the process. I hope you will find them helpful.
